At Kindieart, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our interior design services and products. This Return Policy outlines our terms for refunds, cancellations, and returns.

Design Services

Consultation Services

Design consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has taken place. However, if you need to reschedule your consultation:

  • Rescheduling with more than 48 hours notice: No fee
  • Rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice: $50 rescheduling fee may apply
  • No-shows without notice: Full consultation fee forfeited

Design Project Cancellation

For full design projects, the following cancellation terms apply:

Cancellation Timing Refund Amount
Before project commencement Full deposit refund minus 10% administrative fee
During concept development phase 50% of deposit refunded
After concept approval No refund available
During implementation phase No refund; client responsible for incurred costs

Product Returns

Decor Products

For decor products purchased through our studio:

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Refunds processed within 7-10 business days of receiving returned items

Custom Items

Custom-made furniture, bespoke decor items, and personalized products are non-returnable. These items are made specifically to your specifications and cannot be resold.

Special Orders

Items specially ordered for your project may be subject to restocking fees of up to 25% if returned.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage or defect
  • We will arrange replacement or full refund at no additional cost

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or cancellation:

  1. Contact our team via email or phone
  2. Provide your order number or project reference
  3. Describe the reason for your return request
  4. Await confirmation and return instructions from our team

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
